Domain Names To Order

We offer consignment sales for your domains. If you wish to sell your domain on this site, please contact us. We will require you to have full access to you domain registrar and/or FTP to verify ownership of the domain. Our fee to list your domain is $5 which will add your domain to this site until it is sold or you remove it. Once sold our closing fee is 10% or $25 of the closing price, whichever is greater (if over $25). You will set your domain price and description and may modify it as many times as needed free of charge.

Consignment Sales Agreement

You, referred to as SELLER, and Domain Names To Order.com, referred to a CONSIGNMENT MERCHANT, agree:

You consigns to Domain Names To Order.com the following goods: 1 domain name

The title shall remain in the SELLER at all times until a final sale. SELLER may recall and take possession of the consigned property at any time.

CONSIGNMENT MERCHANT shall sell the goods consigned at a price not below $10.00.

As compensation, CONSIGNMENT MERCHANT shall receive a commission of 10% or $25 per sale, whichever is greater.

The proceeds of the sale of the goods of SELLER shall be sent to the banking account of the SELLER as soon as all the goods have been transerred. Domain Names To Order.com will act as escrow during this time. Any commission or fees will be taken out before funds will be transferred to the SELLER.

This agreement shall not be construed to provide a dealership or franchise in CONSIGNMENT MERCHANT. SELLER shall be free to sell on whatever terms it may desire, the goods or other lines sold herein, to any entities that it may desire. Unless under a separate writing a dealership or franchise is provided, Domain Names To Order.com shall have no such rights under this agreement.

Further, You shall not be obligated to ship any further goods unless it so desires. You during the course of this agreement may requested, and Domain Names To Order.com agrees to provide a financial statement showing its current financial status, to You. Although the financial statement shall not be required to be an audited one, a statement under oath shall accompany the same stating that the statements are materially true and correct.

Domain Names To Order.com herewith authorizes You to file such financing statements or any other documents or official filings that may be required and You may execute these on behalf of Domain Names To Order.com.
